By participating in the #AvalynnTurns5 Photo Challenge, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The contest is open to all residents of Malaysia aged 18 and above.
• Participants must have a public Instagram or Facebook profile to qualify.
• Employees of Avalynn Cakes, their immediate family members, and affiliates are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period

• The contest runs from March 1, 2024, to March 31, 2024 (11:59 PM local time).
• Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

3. How to Participate

To enter the contest, participants must:
✅ Follow @AvalynnCakes on Instagram or Facebook.
✅ Post a photo featuring an Avalynn Cakes product—it can be:
🍰 A cake or treat from anytime in the past 5 years 🎉
📸 A collage of cakes you’ve bought from us throughout the years!
✅ Caption the post with your sweetest Avalynn Cakes memory.
✅ Tag @AvalynnCakes and use the hashtag #AvalynnTurns5.
✅ Get the most likes! The top 3 posts with the highest likes by March 31, 2024 (11:59 PM) will win!

4. Prizes & Winner Selection

🏆 1st Prize: Custom cake worth RM300 (highest likes)
🥈 2nd Prize: Custom cake worth RM200 (2nd highest likes)
🥉 3rd Prize: Custom cake worth RM100 (3rd highest likes)

📢 Winners will be announced on April 3, 2024, via Avalynn Cakes’ official social media pages.

5. Prize Collection

• Winners must respond within 14 days of being notified to claim their prize.
• The custom cake prize must be redeemed within the year of 2025 from the date of notification.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Additional Terms

• By participating, entrants grant Avalynn Cakes the right to repost, share, or use submitted photos for marketing purposes (with credit to the owner).
• Avalynn Cakes reserves the right to disqualify any entries that:
  ❌ Use fake likes or engagement manipulation.
  ❌ Contain inappropriate, offensive, misleading content or AI generated image.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Prize fulfillment must follow Avalynn Cakes' required lead time for order processing and pickup/delivery.
